Then our place is just for you.
ASHA STUDIO is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance. No one lives above you or below you. And in front of you is a majestic mountain. The guest studio is equipped with everything you need for a romantic weekend or a longer retreat, immersed in the embrace and good energy of the Rhodope Mountains.
About ASHA STUDIO
The studio is ideally south-east facing and has an area of 35 sqm.
It is located on the second floor of the house above the Mona Choban Library.
It has a completely private external entrance.
It has a huge outdoor terrace of two parts, shaped under the letter “D”. One part has a canopy, table and chairs, cupboard and views to the east and north. And the other part of the huge terrace faces east towards the rising sun.
The studio includes the following separate corners:
– Living area with huge panoramic glazing to the east and south;
– Kitchenette with everything you need to pamper your loved one;
– Bar top for two;
– Bedroom with comfortable, wide double bed with shared mattress;
– Private toilet and bathroom;
– There is no TV in the studio, quite on purpose, so you can have more precious time for each other. In this regard, we would also exclude your mobile internet, but we leave that decision up to you :).
Heating and hot water:
– The heating is on local heating.
– Hot water is in unlimited quantities.
The guest studio is provided with:
– Towels large and small (for hands, face and body);
– Cooking utensils: pots, pans, trays, etc.;
– Dining utensils;
– Ground Coffee Machine;
– Electric hot water kettle;
– Basic condiments: salt, sugar, vinegar, oil, pepper, paprika and some local spices.
Additional services:
– Mobile range;
– WiFi with high speed;
– Parking.
