Description of the house “Artel 13”
The house can accommodate a maximum of 4 + 1 people and includes:
LARGE SOUTH TERRACE
– located on the first floor level of the house;
– with bar top for two;
– with a low table, 4 comfortable low chairs with cushions and an armchair;
– with extremely beautiful panoramic views to the south and east.
– There is no TV in the house, on purpose, to give you more precious time for each other. In this regard, we would turn off your mobile internet, but we leave that decision up to you 🙂
FIRST FLOOR OF THE HOUSE
On it is located the bright, spacious living room with separate corners:
– Kitchenette;
– Dining room with a wide table and 6 comfortable chairs;
– Area with low, leather, sofas;
– Wood burning fireplace.
SECOND FLOOR OF THE HOUSE
There are two double bedrooms with a shared upstairs toilet and bathroom:
– Bedroom with king-size bed with shared mattress;
– Bedroom with two single wide beds each 1 metre wide;
– In the bedroom with the double bed there is an armchair that unfolds into a single bed.
Heating:
– Heating on both floors is by local heating, heated by a wood-burning stove.
When you arrive at the house, it will be waiting for you heated, with playful flames in the fireplace. And keeping the fire going is a pleasure we leave to you. The wood is provided. Chopped and stacked 🙂
Hot water:
– The hot water is from an electric boiler.
The guest house is provided with:
– Towels large and small (for hands, face and body);
– Cooking utensils: pots, pans, trays, etc.;
– Dining utensils;
– Capsule coffee maker (loaded with two capsules per day);
– Basic condiments: salt, sugar, vinegar, oil, pepper, paprika and some local spices.
