The waterfalls canyon eco-trail in the Soskovcheto reserve starts only 2-3 km from the town of Smolyan and was marked as such in 2003-2004 with a length of 6 km, which was later extended to almost 10 km due to the great tourist interest. Crossing the trail through the reserve gives the opportunity to observe numerous natural phenomena and biodiversity. The most impressive along its length are the beautiful waterfalls to which it owes its name. You can enjoy 46 of them if you hike the entire trail, the largest being Orpheus Falls. There are resting places along the trail, and its shape is circular so you return from where you started.
